History of Pasta Reale
Pasta Reale was founded in 1979 by Salvatore Lopalco, his wife Virginia and Virginia's brother, Roberto Santi.
The company is still owned and run by the family and now operates from purpose built premises in Crawley, West Sussex.
Their passion for good quality food continues throughout the Company with management and staff committed to the same standards of production and service.
The company produces a wide range of fresh pasta, both filled and unfilled varieties and a range of fresh pasta sauces.

History of Joubčre
Coastal Trading Limited was founded in 1995 by Alec Cousins, who pioneered a range of fresh chilled stocks under the Joubčre brand.
There followed a period of rapid expansion and today, Joubčre is known not only for its fresh stocks but also for their fresh organic soups, gravies, meal solution sauces and dessert sauces.

Philosophy of Pasta Reale and Joubčre
Both companies are passionate about their products.
They believe that to achieve food products of consistent high quality you need the combination of creative development kitchens, up to date factories, high quality and non-artificial ingredients and skilled staff.
Both companies incorporate these beliefs in the development and production of their products.
Pasta Reale recognised Joubčre shared their approach to producing quality food products and during 2003, Pasta Reale bought Joubčre (Coastal Trading Ltd).
Pasta Reale is now delighted to be able to offer a wider range of top quality freshly made food products to supermarkets in the UK and Europe.
